Sunny spirits and exceptional enthusiasm overcame dark skies and raindrops this year to ensure the decades-long tradition of Allandale’s July 4th Parade prevailed. Dressed in wet weather gear, holding umbrellas, or facing the elements with only a smile, dedicated early birds began taking their places along the Bullard Drive parade route well before 8:30 am.
